Your Username is the prefix 'LISD-' + your last initial + your first initial + your student ID 
(e.g. Andrew Smith --> LISD-SA1234567) 

Initially, your Password is your birth date (mmddyyyy) 
(e.g. August 25th, 2002 --> 08252002) 

After you login the first time, you will be required to select a new password, and it must meet the following requirements:

• 1. Minimum 6 characters and must include at least one letter and one number
• 2. Cannot be the same as the old password or the same as the username
• 3. Cannot contain special characters (Examples: *{}<>()_-)
