Forgot your username and/or password?

Your Username is the prefix `DR-` followed by your student ID
(e.g. DR-012345)
Initially your Password is your birth date (mmddyy)
(e.g. August 25th, 2002 --> 082590)
After you login the first time, you will be required to select a new password, and it must meet the following requirements:
- 1. Minimum 6 characters and must include at least one letter and one number
- 2. Cannot be the same as the old password or the same as the username
- 3. Cannot contain special characters (Examples: *{}<>()_-)
It is advised that you add an email address to your profile so that you can take advantage of the 'Forgot Username/Password' system feature if required.
